InnerSelf.com welcomes your inner Self.
When we think of healing, we usually thing of physical ailments... aches and pains, arthritis, colds/flus, headaches, cancer, etc. etc. Yet, physical healing is just a small part of the healing equation. Healing anything includes more than the physical aspects... it includes our mental attitude, our heart and our soul's higher perspective. These all channel energy inwards and outwards.
And of course, healing applies to more than our own personal body and our own self. It applies to our relationships, our communities, our country, our world. There is much that needs healing. And the energy that is needed is one of Compassion, Caring, and Love.
Healing never takes place through force or anger or hatred. Healing needs to come from inside and spiral outward. Yes, we can apply remedies to the outside (bandaids so to speak -- new products, new medicines, new rules) but those are just tools to assist the healing process that always occurs on the inside... whether we are talking about physical ailments, mental ones, or ones in our sommunities and world.
This week we look at various "healing methods" to help heal ourselves and our world. Remember to apply any healing method with big doses of Love and Caring and Compassion... for yourself personally and for the people around you and the world as a whole. Everyone needs healing, everyone needs Love, and the great thing about Love is that it is free to give and we all have an unlimited quantity of it to share. We simply have to choose to do so.
So rather than bickering about this or that party, person, method, opinion, let's choose Love and it will show us the way to healing ourselves and the world. Choose Love internally and let it spiral outward.
